Stellenbeschreibung

  • Verantwortung für den gesamten End-to-End Recruiting Prozess
  • Durchführung von Telefoninterviews und Begleitung von persönlichen Vorstellungsgesprächen vor Ort
  • Planung und Durchführung von Personalmessen und Bewerbertagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kandidaten (m/w/d) und Fachbereiche im Auswahlprozess
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Recruiting-Ideen

Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Berufserfahrung als Recruiter (m/w/d) muss vorhanden sein
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse müssen vorhanden sein
  • Strukturierte, selbständige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Lust auf ein dynamisches Arbeitsumfeld und auf persönliche Weiterentwicklung
