Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Officer to oversee the day-to-day HR operations, ensuring our people processes run smoothly and align with company goals. As a key member of the team, you’ll manage HR policies, procedures, and programs, and play a vital role in key areas including employee relations, development, compensation, and organizational growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

As the Human Resources Officer, you will take ownership of several core HR functions, including but not limited to:

  • Talent Acquisition: Overseeing recruitment and staffing logistics to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Organizational Planning: Contributing to space and team structure planning to align with business growth.
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing systems to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensuring full compliance with employment laws and company regulations.
  • Employee Development & Training: Driving employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives.
  • Policy Management: Leading the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administering compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations: Promoting positive employee engagement and handling issues with professionalism and fairness.
