Job Description

The Recruitment Consultant role at SEEK is a superb opportunity to join a forward-thinking company at the forefront of technological and operational transformation. This position plays a critical role in driving our clients' full-cycle recruiting process, coordinating with clients, external partners, and candidates to ensure successful placements. Key responsibilities include:

Schedule and conduct consultation calls to efficiently gather clients' hiring requirements, uncover hidden preferences, and proactively improve client happiness through professional consulting services.

Conduct candidate outreach and shortlist candidates for hirers using our SmartHire service and SEEK AI Tools.

Maintain accurate progress tracking in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics, as needed.

Act as a hard-working and passionate team member in a startup environment, chipping in positively to the product's key business outcomes.

Implement strategies and operations required to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and important metrics.

Handle other ad hoc/special assignments or projects as required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

A valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries.
At least 2 years of experience as a recruitment consultant.
Outstanding problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
A strong passion for building a career in the recruitment industry.
A customer focused approach with a proactive and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, spoken and written in English.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of an ambitious team.
A dedication to quality and continuous improvement in analytical skills.
