Job Description

As a Senior Marketing Associate in SEEK’s APAC Digital Media team, you'll be part of a fast-paced and supportive environment where you can make a real impact. You’ll work across a broad mix of digital media campaigns—from awareness through to acquisition—helping to shape how SEEK connects with job seekers and hirers across ANZ.

In the role of Senior Marketing Associate – ANZ Digital Media, you’ll be hands-on and strategic in equal measure, leveraging your creativity and commercial mindset to develop and implement high-performing digital marketing initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with ANZ Country and Brand teams, while supporting and sharing learnings with counterparts across Asia, ensuring best-in-class media strategies are executed at scale.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deliver a mix of impactful campaigns and always-on digital media initiatives across display, social, video and audio formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to align on audience segments and digital media opportunities to activate, measure, analyse and optimise digital media activity in line with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement approaches that look to optimise and challenge existing always on digital media buys including exploring new platforms and placements to drive quality visits and product depth.
  • Manage the day-to-day reporting and communication of campaign performance, interrogating activity with insight lead recommendations to help inform future creative and content needs.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with marketing colleagues and various business stakeholders to help facilitate the implementation of effective digital marketing campaign, tracking and reporting solutions.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with key agency and media partners, staying abreast of current industry trends. 

The Team You’ll Join:

The APAC Digital and Media team sits within SEEK's APAC Marketing team and is responsible for driving end-to-end media planning and execution. This team is responsible for managing and optimising media, digital and search through leveraging 1st party data to enhance engagement for both candidates and hirers. They oversee performance monitoring and reporting, optimising content and campaigns based on data-driven insights, and maintaining a comprehensive digital marketing performance dashboard. The team also supports local market ambitions through a Centre of Excellence (COE) that fosters innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring SEEK remains at the forefront of technology and channel innovation. The team also managers Jora Marketing and SEEK’s Sell-side operations. By working closely with various departments, the team ensures seamless execution of media strategies and contributes to the overall growth and success of SEEK/JORA in the APAC region.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of digital, programmatic, social or media buying experience with a high level of competency and understanding of media trends
  • Experienced in media planning and buying, implementing complex digital campaigns for large brands across key digital marketing platforms like DV360, Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, Taboola and more
  • Skilled in campaign optimization and A/B testing, leveraging data and insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution for improved performance
  • Demonstrated ability to both analyse media performance and present insights through storytelling that influence critical business decisions
  • Strong judgement and decision-making capabilities, with a willingness to test, learn, and pivot when needed
  • Outcome-focused, with a keen eye for detail and creative flair to grow as a digital marketing specialist
