Digital Visual Designer, Manager

As the Digital Visual Designer, Manager at Seer Interactive, you'll be responsible for creating best-in-class designs for a variety of digital touchpoints, including websites, paid media campaigns, and social media content. You'll partner with the Creative Director to raise design standards, iterate based on feedback, and ensure your visuals drive measurable results for a diverse range of clients. You'll also stay ahead of industry trends to keep our visual output innovative and impactful.

To excel as a Digital Visual Designer, Manager at Seer Interactive, you need a minimum of 5 years of agency experience in visual design. A jaw-dropping digital portfolio showcasing your creativity and versatility is a must, along with strong presentation skills to articulate your design concepts. You should be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with an understanding of motion graphics and industry standards to ensure that your designs are not only artistic but also aligned with client objectives.

In your first 90 days at Seer Interactive, you’ll focus on integrating smoothly into our team and establishing yourself as a key contributor to our clients' digital design strategies. You will work on various projects that enhance our clients' online presence while meeting their digital marketing goals.
