What we are looking for:          

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team.   
    
Must have demonstrated strong experience working with Entra ID, either from a product management or operational perspective

As a Product Manager for Disaster Recovery for Entra Tenant (DRET), you will spearhead the development and product roadmap of this critical offering. Your leadership will be essential in shaping solutions that secure users against a growing threat landscape while providing world-class experiences built on advanced authentication and recovery technologies. In this role, you will define and articulate the strategic direction of DRET, ensuring it meets market needs and offers the flexibility required for administrative efficiency. This position demands a proactive approach in a dynamic environment, aiming to enhance product features that align with the evolving security and compliance requirements of our global customers.

Responsibilities:

• Define the product and product capabilities in close partnership with customers every step of the way.

• You will own and drive end-to-end experiences and strategic roadmap as a Subject Matter Expert.

• Design and build product capabilities with engineering.

• Engage customers to validate, design, refine product offering and enable customer adoption.

• You will support our customers, customer support and engineering teams with product readiness through documentation, blogs, presentations, and collaboration.

• You will work closely with customer support and our engineering teams and share customer needs and prioritize work.

• Develop collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and drive alignment.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated strong experience working with Entra ID, either from a product management or operational perspective

• Must have experience product managing a SaaS product using Agile methodology

• Must have experience taking feedback from customers and partners and incorporating into the product management process

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps
