Senior Account Executive - Expansion

The Role:

  • Account Executives (AEs) are responsible for expanding new business and renewals in Expansion accounts to meet/exceed financial and business objectives
  • AEs are the account owners and coordinate all activities within their accounts: CSMs for retention, SEs for technical pre/post sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures the achievement of sales goals including evaluating current business, identifying new opportunities within accounts, coordinating account strategies, and developing account plans
  • Maintains and grows revenue base for book of business by driving product upsell/cross-sell/price increases and coordinating with the CSM for retention
  • Partners with CSMs to ensure positive engagement with Sauce products, evaluate program changes, and effectively navigate growth opportunities

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience working for a technology vendor selling Enterprise solutions

We are a hybrid workplace that recognizes the importance of flexibility while valuing in-person collaboration and relationship building. As a result, Saucers located near an office location must be able and willing to come into the office. Those hired remotely must be able and willing to travel to an office as required by the specific role.

  • The ability to travel at least 25% of the time, to be on-site and/or in-region with your customers as required.
  • Proficient using a disciplined sales process (MEDDPICC and Value Based Selling)
  • A track record of exceeding quota
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Extensive customer network
  • Strong leadership skills

Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members at Sauce Labs that are similarly situated.
