What you’ll achieve

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Cybersecurity Intelligence and Response Team (CSIRT) Program Office as a Metrics, Training, and Data Calls Coordinator. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining metrics, overseeing the training program, and coordinating data calls across various teams within our organization. Your role will involve working closely with the Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering & Automation teams to ensure effective incident response, continuous improvement, and enhanced cyber security capabilities.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive metrics program to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of our Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, and Detection Engineering & Automation teams

  • Analyze metrics data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, and prepare and present regular reports on key metrics to senior management

  • Develop and implement a robust training program for all CSIRT team members, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with industry standards

  • Lead cross organizational tabletop exercises and workshops to measure the effectiveness and establish areas of improvement for the company’s cyber crisis response capabilities and act as the central point of contract for all data calls within the CSIRT Program Office.

  • Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Incident Response program, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive change where necessary

Essential Requirements

  • Experience in metrics management, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong knowledge of training program development and delivery, including tabletop exercises.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Previous CSIRT or SOC experience.
