We need a proactive and hungry Senior Associate to join our Managed Services team. You will be responsible for onboarding and supporting customers alongside the designated Customer Success Manager. Findem’s customer base varies from small founder-operated start-ups to Fortune 200 global enterprises. By joining Findem’s Managed Services team, you will have an opportunity to work alongside our most senior leaders and collaborate across departments.

Participate in customer-facing meetings

Build ideal candidate profiles customized to customer’s hiring needs

Draft email marketing content with special attention to employer branding

Manage ongoing email campaigns, tracking regular cadence and volume

Qualifying candidates via phone/video screens

Complex scheduling involving international time zones

Document and catalog historical records of activity

1+ years of work experience (open to college grads with project-based success)

Proven ability to learn new technology and products

Previous experience relationship building or collaborating toward the end goal

The role is full-time and comes with full benefits. We are globally headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with our India headquarters in Bengaluru, but this role can be fully remote.
