Senior Business Analyst

Opportunity Summary:

We are seeking a highly-driven and self-motivated Senior Business Analyst to play a key role supporting the go-to-market Sales and Customer Success teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

The position reports directly to Upland’s VP of Sales Operations, and is responsible for:

• Creating and managing strategic reporting on business performance
• Advise the go-to-market Sales and Customer Success teams on successfully utilizing reporting, including weekly reviews of performance
• Analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities to improve
• Preparing presentations for Upland’s Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors

Requirements:

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Experience working with salesforce.com and data warehouses
• Strong attention to detail and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to turn data into insights that lead to improved business performance
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player willing to pitch in for the greater good
• 2 to 4 years work experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance; MBA highly preferred
• Experience working in a multi-product software business
