Currently, they are looking to add an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to their Finance team.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting complex financial data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide financial insights, and contribute to the overall financial planning and analysis efforts. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to support business planning and decision-making processes.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance indicators to identify key drivers and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with the Finance team to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, variance analyses, and performance metrics to management and key stakeholders.
- Provide insightful recommendations and strategic guidance based on financial analysis, industry trends, and market research.
- Identify risks and opportunities to optimize financial performance and drive business growth.
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience or educational equivalence.
- Research/healthcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience with ERP (e.g. Oracle) and Planning Tool (e.g. Workday Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field is required.
