We have an immediate opening for a Senior Graphic Designer. Are you passionate about visual storytelling and helping people understand complicated business concepts? Our Senior Graphic Designer will:

Work closely with our Creative Director and marketing team to execute the creative representation of our brand

Finalize and operationalize new brand and style guidelines

Support overall marketing, sales and corporate communication projects through the visual interpretation of our brand values, attributes and promises to the marketplace

Develop deep understanding of brand identity, target audiences, service lines and industries, and strategically apply these insights when developing creative
- Design industry leading guides, infographics, advertisements, and other documents

Work within existing brand guidelines and any established campaign structure as needed but have the ability to push concepts and come to the table with fresh ideas while using the established guidelines to inform your creative process

Design, illustrate, and create compelling creative omnichannel assets including print collateral, digital ads and landing pages, infographics, content marketing campaigns, PowerPoint presentations, video story boards and other assets as needed

Ensure that brand standards are being adhered to across all collateral and campaigns
- Contribute to a creative team culture of conceptual curiosity and innovation, by staying abreast of social and cultural trends to inspire creative solutions

Manage time and juggle multiple projects while staying self-motivated and well organized
Our Graphic Designer must have:
-
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, or Business Management- even better if you have an MBA in Design Management or Design Leadership

Previous design experience in a design or art direction role

Previous B2B, professional services, financial or accounting industry experience is a plus!
- A portfolio to share that includes samples of concepting and executing digital and print campaigns as well as illustration samples

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and AfterEffects, PowerPoint, and other design systems as required

Experience with WordPress Admin interface

Previous illustration experience
