About the Position

This position is responsible for curating and delivering a robust digital capability development program for the Digital Business Acceleration (DBA) team and across Constellation Brands Inc. Responsibilities will span both strategic and tactical, and both short- and long-term capability development. This role is part of the Digital Talent Engine team and reports to the DBA Enablement Director, and supports DBA domain leads, DBA chapter leads, and other leaders across CBI.

Responsibilities

  • Work in close partnership with the DBA Enablement Director and Digital Talent Engine team to build and maintain the curriculum, content, materials, and assets required to provide deep and iterative digital capability development within DBA and across CBI
  • Deliver curriculum and content for flagship DBA learning and development programming, including Launchpad for new joiners, Chapter Academies (e.g., data science, data engineering, agile, product, UI/UX and design), Product Owner Essentials, and more
  • Discover and curate learning solutions for DBA’s individual development journey program
  • Develop a deep understanding of DBA strategy and people, and identify appropriate training and experience-based learning and development solutions that address DBA’s specific talent needs
  • Explore and incorporate approaches, content, and strategies that bring consistent digital learning approaches across DBA and CBI
  • Identify external development partners and provide relationship management to deliver outsourced programs/content
  • Internal marketing and communication of DBA learning and development programming, as well as digital L&D programming across CBI, to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Create and facilitate ad-hoc digital learning and development programming as needed
  • Develop strategy and framework for reporting learning and development-related metrics and effectively communicate key insights to DBA leaders
  • Provide fresh, innovative, unconstrained point of view to build “out of the box” capability development, and capability reinforcement programs
  • Seek and iterate on new ways of providing meaningful, ahead of the trend training and education to DBA team members, incorporating a mix of internal and external training approaches, tools, and learning forums.
  • Participate in external digital forums / networking events to learn the latest digital trends and bring learnings back to the DBA capability development program

Domain Expertise:

  • 3+ years of experience working in a learning and development role, preferably in a digitally native role or company, or with digital acumen.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to directly connect digital capability development efforts to improved business results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines required
  • Must demonstrate consistent attention to detail & commitment to accuracy
  • Must be proactive, self-starter, capable of adapting to rapidly changing priorities & performing in fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with capability to translate data into actionable solutions required
  • Strong explorer/creator mindset, with proven ability to discover, build, and deliver impactful enablement programs, while coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience identifying external best practices in digital learning and development, and turning those best practices into actionable programming.
  • Continuous improvement mindset to ensure an iterative approach to our ability to design, deliver, and facilitate programs that meet DBA’s needs

Individual Skills

  • Experience/exposure to digital/ technical influencer communities, and ability to translate those networks into value towards DBA.
  • Appropriate understanding / working knowledge of agile & change management.
  • Instructional design background desirable.
  • Ability to organize & manage large data sets & demonstrate strong analytical ability to conduct research, data analysis and to resolve complex problems

  • Sitting, working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be at least 21 years of age

The salary range for this role is:

$69,800.00 - $104,700.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
