About this role:

CyberArk is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Strategy to develop a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates CyberArk’s leadership in Identity Security and provides a competitive advantage in all our key markets across the globe. You will be working with internal stakeholders and agencies to develop CyberArk’s brand identity and a brand system that embodies CyberArk’s visual expression, tone, voice and core values. You will be responsible for defining and communicating our brand positioning, value proposition, and messaging to key stakeholders, customers, prospects, partners and employees. You will ensure consistency and quality of brand execution across all communications, channels and brand campaigns. You will design the brand measurement approach; analyze data and competitive brand presence. Analyzing CyberArk’s brand health elements (awareness, perception and preference) and creating a brand lifecycle strategy spanning a 5- to 10-year horizon will be foundational for the success of this role.


What you will do:

  • Lead brand strategy initiatives that enhance our brand positioning in the marketplace, including brand identity, brand guidelines, and value proposition which encompasses the overall vision, values and goals of the company.
  • Drive brand initiatives that contribute to the cohesion of our marketing presence in the market, including messaging framework, advertising, top of the funnel campaigns across key global markets.
  • Help create and deliver consistent experiences across CyberArk’s owned channels (website, social properties, executive briefing center, tradeshows and conferences) and user experience in-product.
  • Curate, architect and promulgate centralized brand assets.
  • Define a structured process for making decisions about how CyberArk’s brand will be represented in regions and when adaptations are needed
  • Act as a strategic advisor during a merger, an acquisition or a new product as it relates to brand strategy and introduction.
  • Act as the brand steward and implement efficient brand governance processes and workflows that facilitate the function as a shared-service resource for the company.
  • Gather data on external brand performance using multiple approaches (including share of voice, power of voice, quantitative and qualitative methods) and communicate brand progress through reports and dashboards.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in B-to-B and cybersecurity branding.

How you will stand out from the crowd:

  • 8-10 years in brand strategy, marketing or similar experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
  • Management of research processes and data analysis with passion for data-driven learnings and data visualization
  • Prior global brand strategy and governance experience, including management of budgets/resources
  • Brand architecture experience, including integration of brands consistently in a merger, an acquisition or a new-product growth scenario
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills - able to persuade with insights and defend assumptions
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives

Preference for the role to be based (hybrid) in Newton, MA.
