Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Management 

We are looking for a Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Management on our Go To Market (GTM) strategy and Operations team. This global leader loves data strategy, analysis, and building processes to standardize and govern our account data and intelligence. The role is an exciting opportunity to hire a new team and build our Enterprise Data management capabilities by integrating external tools and processes to optimize GTM productivity globally. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Set the long-term strategy for account data accuracy, architecture and intelligence via integrations into SFDC and Snowflake across a suite of tools (e.g., Gartner and Forrester market leaders such as Rudderstack, Reltio, Informatica, 6sense, Demandbase, Bombora, Zoominfo, DnB, Crunchbase, Intricately) 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, Marketing Operations, and Sales/Marketing leadership to build data analytics (e.g., propensity to buy, lead scoring, CAC, LTV, TAM) and related work streams for recommended changes 
  • Build standard data owner governance and operating procedures for Enterprise Data Management and train/manage a team of data stewards on methodology where automation is not possible
  • Partner with Regional GTM Strategy & Ops leaders to optimize ongoing operational processes (e.g., ingestion of local prospect data sets, export controls and do not call lists, M&A management)
  • Develop reporting and analysis to track the effectiveness of ongoing procedures and regularly report back to business on areas for improvement or opportunities for additional investment 
  • Build and execute QA/QC strategy to drive towards a near zero defect in our master account data as the source of truth in Sales CRM (e.g., account hierarchy and account information accuracy)



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required, Master’s in associated discipline highly preferred (e.g., MS in Data Architecture and Management, MS in Data Science)
  • 7+ years of experience in MDM and associated fields (Data Engineering, Data Privacy & Security, Data Strategy, Data Execution & Implementation, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics, Data Modernization)
  • You have experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
  • You have experience working with APIs and a programming language such as Python or SQL
  • Proven track record of building B2B account and lead intelligence models that materiality improve field productivity and company revenue
  • People leader with experience standing up new teams and developing talent into exciting new roles
  • Natural problem solver who is methodical and analytical 
  • Able to explain complex datasets or queries to non-technical people in understandable ways
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data to support business objectives 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills across varying levels 
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to zoom out and present findings high level
  • Experience with the pros and cons of third party data management solutions and how to best integrate into systems/day-to-day operations
  • Experience with account and prospect data intelligence (e.g., D&B Optimizer, Intricately, HGInsights)
  • Salesforce experience preferred
