The Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing product and go-to-market strategy for the transistor-level characterization product portfolio.
Responsibilities:-
Assimilates customer requirements, technology trends and competitive intelligence to define product roadmaps.

Drives an integrated marketing strategy that includes thought leadership, demand gen, and customer marketing focused on customer outcomes.
- Develops and executes go-to-market plans including air and ground campaigns, packaging and pricing, and innovative business models to grow business and market share.
- Listens to customers to understand requirements, market shifts and future design trends

Makes a business case for future development and negotiates product line priorities and roadmap

Works with cross-functional stakeholders across product teams to drive technology roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships

Creates value through packaging, pricing and product life cycle management

Owns messaging and positioning for the library and transistor-level characterization domain

Trains, motivates, and guides the sales force to grow transistor-level characterization business

Develops and tracks the sales pipeline to meet financial plans

Recognized as an expert in the field internally and externally and serves as a role model for the organization.
Requirements:-
15+ years of related experience and a minimum of a BS degree in EE

Relevant experience in a product marketing role in EDA or Semiconductor industries.

Design experience and understanding of library and transistor-level characterization methodologies.

An innovative energetic leader capable of negotiation and management by influence

Proven ability to work in a matrix environment

A track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.

Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000-$227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
