The Senior Staff Product Marketing Manager is responsible for defining and executing product and go-to-market strategy for the transistor-level characterization product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• Assimilates customer requirements, technology trends and competitive intelligence to define product roadmaps.
• Drives an integrated marketing strategy that includes thought leadership, demand gen, and customer marketing focused on customer outcomes.
• Develops and executes go-to-market plans including air and ground campaigns, packaging and pricing, and innovative business models to grow business and market share.
• Listens to customers to understand requirements, market shifts and future design trends

• Makes a business case for future development and negotiates product line priorities and roadmap
• Works with cross-functional stakeholders across product teams to drive technology roadmaps and ecosystem partnerships
• Creates value through packaging, pricing and product life cycle management
• Owns messaging and positioning for the library and transistor-level characterization domain
• Trains, motivates, and guides the sales force to grow transistor-level characterization business
• Develops and tracks the sales pipeline to meet financial plans
• Recognized as an expert in the field internally and externally and serves as a role model for the organization.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of related experience and a minimum of a BS degree in EE
• Relevant experience in a product marketing role in EDA or Semiconductor industries.
• Design experience and understanding of library and transistor-level characterization methodologies.
• An innovative energetic leader capable of negotiation and management by influence
• Proven ability to work in a matrix environment
• A track record of successfully launching, managing, and growing products.
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $130,000-$227,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
