SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and talented Product Manager to lead the success of a product or product portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies, driving product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your expertise in SaaS product management, strategic thinking, customer focus, and leadership will be crucial in achieving our business objectives.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for our products, aligning with business goals and market opportunities.

2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and drive product development.

3. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback analysis to identify market trends, user needs, and opportunities for product innovation.

4. Translate customer insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for effective product development.

5. Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely and successful delivery of high-quality solutions, meeting product goals and customer expectations.

6. Lead product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, pricing, positioning, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and recommendations for continuous improvement.

8. Act as the product evangelist, representing the company and our products in industry events, customer meetings, and other relevant forums.

9. Occasional travel of approximately 10% may be needed; domestic is most likely, but international could be possible

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

2. 7+ years of experience in SaaS product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products throughout their lifecycle.

3. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align product strategies with overall business goals and market opportunities.

4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

5. Strong customer focus, with the ability to understand user needs, conduct market research, and translate insights into innovative product solutions.

6. Technical aptitude and understanding of SaaS technologies, enabling effective communication and collaboration with engineering teams.

7. Structured and organized, able to quickly build detailed launch plans and meeting cadences to drive teams to on schedule, under budget outcomes

8. Analytical mindset, comfortable with data analysis, metrics tracking, and making data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

9. Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving SaaS environment.

10. Early morning calls with offshore teams and support during monthly release and maintenance weekends is foundational to the role
