REMOTE - NORTH AMERICA /PRODUCT & DESIGN – PRODUCT OPS TEAM /FULL-TIME/ REMOTE
As a Senior Product Operations Manager, you will play a key role across our Engineering, Product and Design (EPD) teams across a broad range of strategic and operational responsibilities. The Product Operations team is the connective tissue between EPD teams and the teams who connect with our customers. You will work horizontally with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Marketers, and our Sales teams to launch and ensure the success of new products and features across a wide range of applications. You will work with these same stakeholders to build customer empathy and manage product feedback.

Responsibilities:
- Create, improve and manage critical EPD processes, including how we maintain the product roadmap and how we manage feature requests.
- Partner cross-functionally across teams to prepare products for launch including managing internal communication, project managing milestones, and leading betas.
- Identify emerging trends/insights in user behavior and product feedback.
- Advocate for customer experience and influence EPD on feature prioritization.
- Conduct user research by organizing customer advisory boards, customer journey mapping, betas, and surveys to generate insights and inform the product strategy.
- Maintain and design best practices for EPD’s tool ecosystem including tools for product roadmapping and feedback organization.
- Recommend new technology solutions to drive efficiency for EPD and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Product Management, or related functions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Proactive, strong communication skills with a bias for action.
- Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating customer needs and customer experiences into the product development process.
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field.
- Previous experience working fully remote experience.
- Advanced data analysis skills in SQL and/or other data query languages.
- High-growth B2B SaaS experience.
