Senior Program Manager - Verathon®
Verathon ® is looking for a Senior Program Manager to become the newest member of our Program Management Office (PMO), Team located in Bothell, WA
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our Program Management Office (PMO) and lead larger, strategic cross-functional programs and projects across the global Verathon organization. This role is hybrid and based at our global headquarters in Bothell, Washington. In this position you are responsible for the setup, management, and implementation of project deliverables for a wide variety of implementations ranging from Lean-focused process improvement initiatives to enterprise-wide, highly cross-functional projects and programs. Skilled proficiency in Lean tools such as leading process or value stream mapping and chartering/leading Kaizen events, is a key requirement for this position. You are also helping to evolve the program management best practices and standard work across the company, managing the active prioritization process for upcoming strategic projects and programs.

Salary range - $130,000-165,000 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location. If this position is filled outside the Seattle WA metro area, this salary range will vary depending on the specific hiring location.) Full-time non-sales employees are eligible for Verathon’s annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance.
