Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic team player who is passionate about recruiting to partner with hiring managers to deliver the best talent for Yardi!

What you will do

  • Plan and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site/multi-state organization
  • Manage a full cycle recruitment process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers to support requisitions fulfillment
  • Develop and review job descriptions for recruitment and compose job postings
  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are in line with hiring objectives
  • Ensure that candidates presented meet established position criteria
  • Provide regular, timely follow up with managers to support solid communication throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate effectively with candidates and provide position details and next steps in the recruitment process
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidate interviews
  • Negotiate offers, compose offer letters and ensure packets are sent in a timely fashion
  • Implement advanced marketing and sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
  • Participate in a variety of external recruiting events, college career fairs, technical talks, information sessions, onsite Yardi events, and industry specific events
  • Conduct online networking on social media sites and other technology focused groups to support passively recruiting technical candidates
  • Monitor the effectiveness of all recruiting efforts to assess appropriate candidate flow
  • Stay abreast of market trends regarding the technical recruiting space by geographic location and serve as a subject matter expert to managers
  • Track and report weekly/monthly/yearly activity and hiring metrics for assigned requisitions/locations

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology, Psychology or related field
  • Five plus (5+) years of full cycle recruitment experience
  • Proven ability to apply subject matter expertise, market intelligence, and deep industry knowledge to both strategic initiatives and individual searches
  • Proven ability to conduct in-depth interview to include technical screening if necessary
  • Proven strong analytical skills and ability to explain technical roles to prospective candidates
  • Proven excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand and explain job specifications
  • Prior experience with social media and sourcing passive candidates from different resources
  • Proven ability to follow processes and maintain an organization
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
  • Prior experience working with an ATS
  • Must be motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
