The poo-sition is currently remote. We have our Dumbo, Brooklyn office available for individuals or teams who need in-person time.


The Poo-sition


As the Senior Retail & Marketplace Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of TUSHY's products in retail and marketplace channels, managing our Amazon business, and pursuing new retail and marketplace opportunities. This omnichannel position has an opportunity for growth within the company, including the potential to build and lead a team. Your Doody


  • Manage the Amazon business for TUSHY, driving sales growth and improving overall performance on the platform in partnership with our Amazon hands on keyboard agency
  • Manage the Walmart business for TUSHY, driving sales growth and improving overall performance in store and on walmart.com
  • Identify and pursue new bricks-and-mortar retail and online marketplace opportunities, working to sell in TUSHY’s products to new channels, either directly with retailers or through third-party vendors
  • Manage relationships with key retailers and third-party marketplace partners, working to ensure TUSHY’s products are well-represented and in stock
  • Conduct channel analysis and reporting, using data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development to drive success of TUSHY’s products in retail and marketplace channels
  • Overcome obstacles standard when offering a culture-shifting, taboo, groundbreaking product


Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in retail and marketplace account management
  • Strong understanding of Amazon and Walmart marketplaces, with experience driving sales growth and improving performance in both channels
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively manage partnerships with key retail and marketplace partners
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and report on channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • A self starter who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Experience with a brand that’s made a successful leap from DTC sales to bricks-and-mortar distribution
  • Passion for start-ups, e-commerce, and rapid growth is a must.
  • Good sense of humor and a comfort with poop puns!

Compensation: $90,000- $110,000
