As a Senior Strategy and Business Operations Manager, you will play a lead role in helping the ST+ deliver listing marketing products. This will be a high impact and high visibility role within the ST+ org. This role will wear a variety of hats ranging from strategy development, deep diving in the business to uncover problems and solutions that will drive outsized impact, scoping and execution of special projects to help drive forward initiatives, and effectively communicating across all levels of the organization. This role is part of the Strategy and Business Operations team and partners with other highly-skilled teams on cross-functional projects, requiring substantial business acumen, operational rigor, professionalism, strategic thinking, problem solving, and proficiency in data analytics.

Partner with leaders across ST+, with a focus on go to market strategy and significant initiatives
Help solve problems and drive outsized growth for the business by identifying opportunities, scoping and designing programs that deliver outsized impact, and ensuring effective execution of those programs
Bring everyone along for the ride by communicating progress on key initiatives and plans across the business - ensuring we are driving results and delivering on-time
Improve efficiencies by implementing effective processes to improve operations with a particular focus on cross-functional processes
Play an active role in our rhythm of the business processes, such as annual planning and monthly business reviews
Excellent problem identification and solving skills
Ability leverage multiple data points and perspectives to research, scope, and implement new initiatives to accelerate growth within the business
Strong relationship-building skills, can work cross-functionally at all levels of the organization
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience and comfort driving outcomes where the answers are not always clear and well defined
Excellent oral and written communication skills
