Sermo is in search of a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on executor, skilled at managing multi-channel campaigns that drive member acquisition, retention, and ROI. You excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing campaign performance, and leveraging insights to optimize results. With strong organizational skills, you can manage budgets, timelines, and processes while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:  
  • Plan, execute, and manage acquisition-focused marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email, digital ads, affiliates, influencer marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Make a positive impact on Growth Marketing team KPIs such as member acquisition, retention, and campaign ROI.
  • Assist in crafting compelling campaign tactics and content to boost member activation and subsequent retention of new members.
  • Monitor campaign performance, prepare insightful reports and presentations, and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Familiarity with drafting growth projections, including establishing achievable goals and key benchmarks for specific initiatives.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive planning and timely execution of campaign assets.
  • Assist in managing campaign budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Contribute to refining workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness. 
Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in a growth marketing or performance marketing role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email automation platforms such as Marketo, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of campaign management techniques, including multi-channel strategies (e.g., social media, email, and content marketing).
  • Strong understanding of key marketing metrics like CPA, ROI, CR with the ability to optimize results.
  • Healthcare industry experience, ideally marketing to doctors.
  • Growth mindset with a strong analytical focus on performance-driven marketing.
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Assist in the successful launch of projects and provide ongoing support to scale initiatives.
  • Desire to “have a seat at the table” and have your voice make an impact.
  •  A second language is preferred but not required.
