About the Team


The AllTrails marketing team is building a global, beloved outdoors brand. We launch and scale creative, impactful initiatives to drive awareness of AllTrails and bring more people onto the AllTrails platform. The Brand Engagement team is responsible for building and amplifying the AllTrails brand across earned, affiliate, and social media channels. 


As Marketing Partnerships Manager, you’ll provide a critical role in scaling our partnerships  programs. You’ll engage with advertisers and brand partners to help make AllTrails a household name. You’ll work across the Brand Engagement team and other Marketing teams to make our campaigns great(er). You’ll foster and grow love for our brand among our community of more than 75M members. 


The right candidate is a dynamic and results-driven partnerships manager who can manage relationships with advertising and brand partners. This is a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the advertising and brand partnership ecosystem. Above all, this person is inspired to help people around the world get out and enjoy the outdoors. This is an individual contributor role that reports to the Head of Partnerships. 



What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand AllTrails’ advertising and brand partnership portfolio
  • Collaborate cross functionally and with agency partners to deliver data-driven insights and actionable recommendations for the marketing partnerships program
  • Build and proactively communicate advertising and brand partnership performance to stakeholders through regular reporting
  • Evaluate and develop partnership contracts, from initial pitch to closing, ensuring alignment with AllTrails’ mission
  • Deliver seamless execution of partnership and advertising initiatives
  • Oversee inbound partner prospect evaluation and communications
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the partnership program
  • Stay informed about industry trends to inform strategy and identity potential opportunities
  • Additional responsibilities as may be assigned


Requirements:
  • 5+ years in partnerships, advertising, brand collaboration, or related field
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities
  • Expertise in developing and executing advertising and co-branded campaigns
  • Familiarity with advertising landscape, tools, and terminology
  • Well-organized and excellent at time management
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative partnership solutions
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to effectively collaborate cross-functionally 
  • Trend-aware: you are quick to develop an on-brand angle that’s relevant to the conversation of the moment 
  • Results oriented: you are highly motivated and comfortable in fast-paced work environments that are outcome-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with Excel skills to match
  • Receptive to change: you are flexible, adaptable, and always seeking to improve
  • Cross-functional team player with a track record of building relationships and influencing across teams and levels
  • Empathy, open-mindedness, humility, and passion for the outdoors

  • Experience working at a mobile-first DTC company
  • High-growth or subscription business experience
  • Experience with tools including Figma, Confluence, HubSpot, and/or Looker

$120,000 - $150,000 a year
A successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on various factors such as skills, experience, training and credentials, as well as other business purposes or needs.  It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range of their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors and circumstances of each case.
