Our Green Tree Cafe is looking for a Server to join their exceptional team. No experience required - we will train!

Current openings:

FT Lunch/ Dinner - Tuesday to Saturday 10:45AM to 7:15PM

Compensation: Starting rate of $16.30/ hour (we are a gratuity free environment).

In this role you would serve residents and guest meals in one of our six ,on-site restaurants. This includes (but not limited to) taking food & beverage orders and enters them into the POS system, delivers and serves food, and always ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

How you will make an impact:

• Become a subject matter expert on menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods
• Engage our residents and their guests by sharing daily menu highlights and offering recommendations; based on knowing their preferences
• Accurately record food and beverage orders.
• Consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.

What you will need:

• Prior service and/or kitchen experience is highly preferred.
• Friendly and energetic communication skills.
• The desire to provide top-notch service.
