RESPONSIBILITIES• Develops and implements communication plans for key stakeholders, ensuring messages are tailored to target audiences and designed to motivate and inspire.• Collaborates with department leaders and teams to understand their communication needs and deliver effective solutions.• Creates compelling content for our employee communications programs, including videos, infographics, images, talking points, articles and more to keep our various associate audiences informed and engaged.• Coordinates with graphic designers, videographers and other team members to create visually appealing and engaging communication materials that adhere to Company brand guidelines and messaging.• Assists in planning, promotion and coordination of various Company-sponsored events.• Monitors and analyzes communications analytics to understand readership trends. Uses insights to enhance content strategy, improve communication channels, and increase engagement.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or related disciplineExperience• At least three (3) years’ work experience in Internal Communications, delivering content across multiple-channels targeting specific audiencesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities• Strong cognitive abilities, including problem-solving, comprehending and clarifying complex ideas, and quick learning• Process and results oriented, motivated to keep projects moving ahead by removing obstacles and exploring alternatives• Must have a positive attitude, a drive to continually advance your understanding of the industry and business, and high self motivation• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of management• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, ability to craft professional communications using AP style, ensuring accurate spelling, grammar, and punctuation• Proficient in MS Office Suite, with experience in FirstUp, Canva, Wistia and SharePoint preferredCompany DescriptionWho we are.
