Agora é sua chance! Estamos com uma nova vaga no nosso departamento de Digital para atuar como Analista de Comunicação Sênior para atender cliente do segmento de entretenimento/tecnologia, no nosso escritório de São Paulo!


Atualmente estamos trabalhando de maneira híbrida - 2 dias no escritório e 3 dias remoto.

Estamos localizados na região de Pinheiros, ao lado da estação Fradique Coutinho do metrô.

Escopo de atividades:
  • Relacionamento e aconselhamento para o cliente;
  • Desenvolvimento e implementação de planos estratégicos de comunicação para clientes, incluindo atividades principalmente orgânicas com imprensa e influenciadores digitais;
  • Participação em reuniões de briefings e alinhamento de estratégias de comunicação com cliente;
  • Protagonismo no desenvolvimento das atividades com o cliente (início ao fim).
  • Acompanhamento de jornalistas e influenciadores em eventos e ativações dos clientes;
  • Suporte na gestão de crises e issues;
  • Liderança na condução de status internos, apresentações e reuniões com cliente.
  • Realizar com autonomia atividades cotidianas de relacionamento com a impressa e influenciadores, como: negociações de pautas e entrevistas; atendimento às solicitações; mapeamento, negociação e produções de briefing para influenciadores; elaboração de conteúdos (briefings, pautas, notas e press-releases, fact-sheet, mensagens-chave, media briefing); preparação de executivos e acompanhamento para entrevistas; elaboração de reportes das ações realizadas; desenvolvimento e controle do cronograma e orçamento táticos das atividades; gestão de fornecedores (press-kits, branded content, etc). Acompanhamento diário do clipping.  Acompanhamento de mídias (imprensa e redes sociais) e notícias de interesse (setor, movimentações).


Pré-requisitos:
  • Formação em Jornalismo, Relações Públicas ou áreas afins;
  • Experiência com grandes clientes, preferencialmente dos segmentos de: consumo, tecnologia, entretenimento. Histórico de relacionamento com imprensa e/ou influenciadores de negócios, jornalismo, entretenimento, música.
  • SoftSkills: Proatividade, agilidade e organização serão imprescindíveis;
  • Inglês Avançado/Fluente;
  • Conhecimento e interesse pelo mercado de tecnologia/entretenimento é desejável, inclusive considerando seus temas sensíveis e regulatórios;
