Senior Channel Sales Manager

We are seeking confident, knowledgeable, and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to prospect, develop, and grow new and existing channel business with our partners in the Western US.Your role with Service Express is a key "hunter" that drives our channel revenue and grows opportunities with our partners and their end users. You will also be required to work with and help support our Sales Managers and Senior Account Executives.What You Will Do:• Focus on selling new partner opportunities for our partner accounts• Be a Channel Advocate for the supported regions and help train and educate our sales teams on partner tendencies and motivations• Prospect, control own schedule, and exceed expectations for activity• Train our existing partner account managers on the value of a Service Express partnership• Prospect and onboard partners to enhance the existing portfolio• Help connect Service Express to the top partner leadership teams that routinely focus on maintenance services• Engage with partner Account Managers and facilitate introductions the Service Express team• Create and execute an ongoing communication cadence with Partner Account Managers & Sales Managers to keep Service Express top of mind as a Partner• Have a weekly cadence with the Sr. Director of Channel Sales for strategic direction and growth initiatives and focused weekly strategy• Travel as needed to help train, educate, and grow new and existing partners as well as prospecting for new partners that are a good fit in the regions• Help develop incentives that will motivate the partners in the regions• Develop detailed account plans that identify areas of growth in our top partner accountsWhat You Will Bring:• Proven experience in channel sales: 2-5 years preferred• Previous experience prospecting and scheduling meetings• Confidence and experience in presenting proposals and closing• Ability to creatively sell solutions through a hybrid channel model• Ability to penetrate and sign large major opportunities with consultative selling• Self motivated work ethic• Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications and SalesForceWhat You Can Expect From Us:• Workplace flexibility that empowers our employees• OTE: $175-$225K with the ability to earn more with an uncapped commission structure• Personal growth and advancement opportunities• Collaboration across teams• Paid volunteer hours and birthday off• Several health insurance offerings that start on day one• Fitness reimbursement• Company 401k matchService Express is an equal opportunity employer.
