Job Summary:
The Benefits & Leave Administrator is responsible for executing day-to-day operations of group benefits programs (group health plans and short-term or long-term disability plans., dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability, worker’s compensation, life insurance, accident plan, health savings account plan, flexible spending account plans, retirement plans, Company wellness plans, etc.) This role will work with the benefit analyst(s) to manage enrollments, annual renewals, and the delivery of benefits to employees. This role will also oversee and administer all leave requests and accommodations, including those requiring specialized attention, such as those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and short-term or long-term disability plans. The Benefits & Leave Administrator position requires excellent customer service and communication skills.
