This position offers a base salary range of $76,512 - $127,520 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.One of the MANY work perkz at Sheetz is quarterly employee bonuses based on company performance! And there’s more – A LOT more… like competitive salaries, PTO and parental leave, 401k match and employee stock ownership, limitless professional development and growth opportunities, tuition reimbursement, full medical, vision and dental coverage, and snack discounts!OVERVIEWManage multiple construction sites within the Sheetz footprint on a daily basis including, building and petroleum construction projects for New Stores, Rebuilds, and White Block Refresh (WBR).RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)1. Attend pre-construction meetings with project managers, owners, inspection agencies, utility providers, and other vendors prior to and during the execution of construction projects to review scope of work, drawings, contracts, permits, special conditions, geotechnical issues, environmental issues, etc.2. Collaborate with Project Manager(s) and contractor(s) to develop a construction schedule outline, establishing milestone completion dates of major construction activities, inspections, and required Sheetz supplied material delivery dates.3. Schedule and coordinate the mobilization of all discipline contractors to maintain the project schedule.4. Maintain and update project management software with daily construction activity including progress photo logs and relevant notes.5. Manage multiple construction sites within the Sheetz footprint daily pertaining to all on and off-site work, building, electrical, HVAC, petroleum, plumbing, equipment installation, and various special construction to ensure all work is being performed in accordance with all Sheetz Inc, Federal, and Safety standards.6. Communicate cross functionally and with external vendors, to resolve design changes, changed site conditions, environmental impacts, code violations, complaints, and confirm materials, equipment, and delivery schedules are accurate.7. Schedule, coordinate, and document construction inspections according to applicable federal, state, and local inspection agencies, as required.8. Schedule, conduct, and document weekly project meetings of contractor safety, quality, schedule, and cost. Review and process contractor invoices and change orders9. Create as-built drawings for all underground utilities, and MEP changes from the planned installation drawings.10. Maximize the development of internal talent through regular performance coaching, performance reviews and presenting developmental opportunities.QUALIFICATIONS(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)The education, experience and license/certification requirements represent the MINIMUM requirements necessary to perform the functions of this position successfully.Education• Associate Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field requiredExperience• Minimum 7 years commercial construction management or project management experience required.• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.Licenses/Certifications• Valid Driver’s License required.• CPR/First Aid preferred.Tools & Equipment• General Office Equipment• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)• Power Hand tools (saws, drill press, grinders, sanders, etc.)• Pneumatic tools (compressor, nailer, stapler, jack hammer, etc.)• Welding tools (torch, plasma cutter, welder, etc.)• Landscaping tools (chain saw, leaf blower, weed eater, etc.)• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)• Heavy Equipment: (Loader and attachments, lift, etc.)ACCOMMODATIONSSheetz is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals.
