About BePark

Our cities are changing. The shift towards sustainable mobility coupled with an ever increasing density is shaping the new urban landscape. Key challenges are arising such as:

  • How can we free-up space in our streets and give it back to pedestrians and cyclists without ignoring the impact on drivers?
  • How can we enable the electrification of vehicles with the suitable charging infrastructure?
  • Where should all the bicycles, cargo bikes, and scooters go at the end of the ride?

BePark aims to provide a better mobility experience to this generation and the next. In short, we hunt for unused private parkings and open them to the crowd for various uses: car park (keeping cars off-street), bicycles, EV charging, Last-mile delivery...

Our goal is ultimately to generate a network of mobility hubs throughout cities in Belgium, France, Spain and Luxembourg.

Today we are a team of 40 delivering mobility services across 600 parking lots for our community of 20k active users.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our team and help optimise our sales and customer operations. You will begin with a project focused on the B2C team (sales and customer service) and potentially expand to other departments. This role is essential for improving our sales and post-sales processes and enhancing our website performance, including SEO and customer journey optimisation.

  1. Process Analysis and Improvement
    • Assess existing sales and post-sales processes to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Propose and implement solutions to optimise operational efficiency and customer experience.
  2. Website Optimisation
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse website performance (SEO, conversion rates, UX).
    • Recommend and track improvements to enhance customer journey and search visibility.
  3. Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure performance, and support decision-making.
    • Build dashboards and reporting tools for stakeholders.
  4. Strategic Support
    • Participate in the definition and execution of cross-functional projects to support business growth.
    • Work closely with sales, customer support, marketing, and IT teams.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or any analytical discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Operations, Data Analysis, or Project Management.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis tools (SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo) and digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
