• Experience installing POS systems
• Working with hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Experience with network/computer troubleshooting
• Proficiency in software like Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and training on various software packages
• Site surveys and network troubleshooting
• Repair and replacement of network cabling
• Hardware and software troubleshooting
• Testing hardware, software, and credit card processing with minimal remote support
• Providing documentation and photos post-installation
• Working flexible hours including on-call shifts, early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• Practicing safe driving habits and reliable transportation
• Effective communication via phone, email, and work orders
• Tracking expenses and submitting reports
• Providing feedback on new software/hardware in beta testing
• Inventory management and equipment requisition
• Participating in recurring training of Shift4 product suite
• Possible travel outside the local area for extended periods

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
