As a People Programs Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing various programs in the People Operations team to drive organizational effectiveness. The key focus areas of this role are Total Rewards, People Analytics, and People Systems. 


You will collaborate closely with the Director, People Operations, the People team as well as cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute programs that align with our company's strategic objectives and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


What You'll Be Doing

  • Program Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative people programs and initiatives that support Total Rewards, performance management, talent reviews, salary and promotion cycles, analytics & reporting,  performance management, and overall organizational effectiveness.

  • Performance Management: Support the design and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms to drive high performance and professional growth.

  • Employee Engagement: Use analytics and feedback mechanisms to understand the employee experience, and report back within the People Team, Senior Leadership, and other key stakeholders. Partner with the People Operations team to build action plans to increase employee Engagement

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and insights to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for optimizing people programs and processes.

  • Systems:  Administer systems to support programs and help build out playbooks for the people function

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on program management and Total Rewards

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.

  • Certification in HR (e.g., CHRP) is a plus.

  • Ability to work in a scaling, startup environment where you will need to switch contexts quickly, build, iterate, and communicate your plans to key stakeholders: from senior leaders to the full company

  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful people programs and initiatives.

  • Experience building Global Total Rewards strategies, including market analysis, salary band development, and salary review cycles.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives.

  • HR tech stack in Total Reward, HRIS & surveys.

Where You'll Work

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario),Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone. This role will require the incumbent to be residing in Ontario (Eastern Standard Time).

  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away!) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
