Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. 

What you'll do:

  • Lead end-to-end content publishing workflows, serving as the primary technical liaison between our Marketing team and development resources.

  • Manage and optimize our content management system (CMS), ensuring it effectively serves marketing needs while maintaining technical standards.

  • Oversee quality assurance for all published content, including SEO optimization, accessibility compliance, and brand consistency.

  • Maintain the integrity and timeliness of our blog, news section, and resource center.

  • Drive continuous improvement in our content operations through process optimization and technology enhancement.

  • Please note this is a 6-month contract position and ineligible for full-time benefits below

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in web content management or digital production.

  • Deep expertise with enterprise-grade content management systems.

  • Strong technical understanding of web technologies and digital content best practices.

  • Experience with international content deployment and localization workflows.

  • Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

  • Understanding of SEO, web accessibility standards, and digital brand governance.

  • Leading complex content workflows for a hypothetical international launch, ensuring localization accuracy and maintaining brand consistency across regions and languages.

  • Managing the creation and accuracy of blog and news posts.

  • Overseeing resource lifecycle management.

  • Handling content workflows for testing and optimization efforts.

  • Supporting adherence to SEO, accessibility, and brand standards across all content launches.
