HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Field Marketing, Nationals to drive and scale our enterprise-focused marketing efforts across North America. In this role, you will spearhead innovative marketing strategies designed to drive awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth within our enterprise customer segment within North America. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and executive teams to develop highly targeted campaigns that resonate with our enterprise clients and fuel our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B enterprise marketing and a passion for delivering measurable business results.
The base pay range for this position is $150,000- $180,000 which can include additional on-target bonus and/or incentives. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
