Audit Manager

Significance is seeking an Audit Manager to support an upcoming task order with the Small Business Administration (SBA). This position is contingent on contract award and can be performed remotely. This person is responsible for day-to-day delivery of the oversight program, communications with agency leaders, management of contractor staff and engagement deliverables. The Audit Manager oversees effective delivery of workstreams. They must demonstrate experience in evaluations of internal controls, review of financial related programs. In this role you will:

- Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls in SBA programs and operations including ITGCs.

- Conduct assessments to evaluate:

Compliance requirements

i. Program transactions

ii. Management monitoring

- Develop or update existing detailed narratives, flowcharts, and test plans for each process.

- Identify risks and mitigating controls and document in a risk/control matrix.

- Assess the design and effectiveness of key internal controls and document the testing results.

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 6+ years of professional experience

At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
