This role requires electromechanical troubleshooting, repair, maintenance and upgrades of robotic hardware both remotely and physically at customer sites. It also requires software and communication skills to remotely monitor, troubleshoot, and validate changes to the systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electromechanical systems, software systems, and experience working with robotics in various environments.
