In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring that our operations run smoothly during the busy tax season and beyond. Your responsibilities will include composing and transcribing routine correspondence, managing incoming mail, and maintaining organization in various records. You’ll assist our Tax Administrator, help track tax returns, and stay on top of important supply orders. Strong organizational skills will be essential as you’ll handle billing, expenses, and even coordinate travel arrangements for team leaders. A solid understanding of Microsoft Office will certainly aid you in drafting reports and maintaining control files for our managers. This role isn’t just about keeping things organized; it’s about being a key player in a firm that prides itself on client service and ongoing professional development.
