About the Regional Field Marketing Director role...

Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving demand generation and elevating local brand visibility? As the Regional Field Marketing Director, you’ll spearhead field marketing initiatives across your region to drive pipeline and meet targets. You’ll develop tailored marketing plans for the region, ensuring that country field marketers have clear, executable plans aligned with the overall regional strategy. You will lead and mentor your team, guiding them to execute tactical plans effectively to drive growth and meet country targets. Your success in this role will be defined by your ability to integrate regional activities with central strategies, fostering a unified team approach to achieving business goals.

What you will do...

  • Drive the development and execution of region-specific marketing strategies that fuel demand generation and enhance local brand visibility, adapting to market dynamics.

  • Work closely with HQ-based GTM teams, including Performance Marketing, PR, Partner Marketing, ABX, and local Sales, to leverage their expertise and drive impactful local outcomes

  • Track and forecast the performance of regional marketing activities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations 

  • Align sales and marketing efforts to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution

  • Work with your team to tailor and localise marketing activity and campaigns to meet local market needs, while maintaining alignment with global campaign plans and overarching brand messaging.

  • Mentor and develop your field marketing team, enhancing their strategic and executional capabilities to develop and deliver on country plans. 

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, unified purpose, and continuous improvement, ensuring your team is well-equipped to drive local success as part of a cohesive global team

  • Share your deep understanding of market nuances, customer segments, buyer behaviours, and competitors to inform and influence local country strategies while contributing to global planning and decision-making

What you have...

  • Extensive B2B marketing experience in strategic field marketing across European markets

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant discipline

  • Proven expertise in aligning marketing and sales efforts to drive regional pipeline and revenue growth

  • Experience mentoring and developing marketing talent while fostering cross-functional collaboration across regions

  • Skilled in building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels, driving alignment, and ensuring collaborative execution across multiple functions to achieve regional outcomes

  • Proficient in martech and reporting tools (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, GA, Tableau)

  • Expert in crafting compelling copy and ensuring team output aligns with brand, tone of voice, and product value proposition

  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and driving measurable results

  • Capability to lead and manage change effectively, adapting strategies in response to evolving market conditions and business priorities

  • Fluency in European languages, particularly Spanish, French, Italian or German, is highly desirable but not essential.
