With nearly 700 branches across the U.S. and Canada, we offer a comprehensive selection of products including: irrigation supplies, fertilizer and control products, nursery goods, hardscapes, landscape lighting, drainage and erosion control products, tools, and other landscaping accessories and supplies.Position Overview:The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Email Marketing will lead strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on utilizing 1:1 channels, including email and SMS. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven marketer with a love for improving customer experiences and relationships, optimization and problem-solving, and enjoys utilizing automation/CRM tools to nurture, grow, and retain customers.The Senior Manager, Lifecycle & Email Marketing will partner closely with Product and Integrated Marketing, Sales and Operations teams well as channel managers across the Marketing organization to develop campaigns and identify opportunities for a lifecycle approach. This role reports to the Senior Director, Lifecycle Marketing.What You’ll DO:Lifecycle Marketing:Oversee the end-to-end execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, testing, deployment, and analysisDevelop and deliver a roadmap for lifecycle email and messaging content and campaigns, driving optimized performance through segmentation, automation and personalizationLead and coach a team of email specialists who are responsible for building, testing, and scheduling campaigns as well as development of lifecycle journeysEmail Marketing:Manage SiteOne’s email and SMS channels, inclusive of strategy, execution and reportingInform the strategy behind personalization, creative, and content for growth-focused email campaigns across the lifecycle to increase engagement and sales, including using email-marketing to drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunitiesPartner with Integrated Marketing and Content teams to create impactful email copy, design and templatesDeliver Results:Work collaboratively with internal cross-departmental teams and other partners to lead strategy, future-thinking and testing, while balancing day-to-day prioritiesSupport other lifecycle marketing team members in strategy development and implement channel best practices to reach business goals.Ensure smooth team operations to oversee business requests, refine processes and prioritization as well as position and enable the team as subject-matter expertsPartner with other field-support leaders to provide necessary associate tools and resources related to lifecycle and email strategiesSkills We Are Seeking::10+ years progressive experience in Marketing, brand management, email, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
