(Senior) Executive Experimentation Platform (m/f/d)

We are looking for a (Senior) Executive Experimentation Platform (m/f/d) to lead this initiative from 0 to 1.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead the design and development of scalable, self-serve experimentation tooling to meet product development needs
• You develop experimentation and measurement frameworks to increase the velocity of investments and aid complex decision-making
• You promote best practices for experimentation across the organization
• You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, run, analyze, and gather insights from A/B tests using our experimentation platform
• You ensure the platform aligns with long-term business goals and fosters a culture of data-driven decision making

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have experience with supporting A/B tests at scale to drive product development
• Tools You have expertise in SQL and statistical programming (Python)
• Engineering You are preferably experienced with software engineering best practices and languages (e.g., Scala, Javascript)
• Experimentation You ideally bring previous experience with experimentation platforms
• Problem Solving You bring strong statistical intuition as well as applied experience solving problems in consumer-facing products
