Job Description

We are ramping up operations at our new Tulsa location and expect to grow rapidly to 100+ employees in the coming months. To support this exciting phase, we are looking for a dynamic hands-on Talent Acquisition Human Resources Partner who will serve as both a Recruiting and Business Partner to local leadership and employees.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a site from the ground up and play a key role in shaping a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Talent Acquisition

  • You partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles
  • You manage candidate communication and ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
  • You collaborate with the Head of Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with hiring strategy and process
  • You maintain applicant tracking and reporting for compliance and internal metrics

   HR Business Partnering

  • You serve as the first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related matters
  • You support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires in Tulsa
  • You advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development
  • You champion a positive work environment and help build a strong site culture aligned with company values
  • You coordinate with HR Centers of Excellence (e.g., compensation, benefits) to ensure seamless employee support
  • You assist with local compliance, policy administration, and data maintenance

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

  • Experience You have 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally with recruiting responsibility & HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
  • Education You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Technical Proficiency You have proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting and knowledge of federal and Oklahoma-specific labor laws and regulations
  • Soft Skills You demonstrate strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment
  • Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
