Human Resource Director

Sizanid HR is a premier human resources consulting firm focused on delivering comprehensive HR solutions to businesses in various industries. We specialize in business process outsourcing (BPO), human resource outsourcing, Employer of Record (EOR), HR consulting, training and development, and specialized staffing solutions. As we expand our reach and enhance our service offerings, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Director to guide our internal HR functions and lead our team in supporting our clients’ business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives of Sizanid HR.
    • Provide expert guidance and support to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Talent Acquisition
    • Oversee all recruitment efforts, ensuring the right talent is sourced, engaged, and retained.
    • Enhance employer branding strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
  • Employee Development
    • Implement learning and development programs that align with organizational needs and employee career aspirations.
    • Facilitate leadership development initiatives to foster a strong succession planning process.
  • Performance Management
    • Develop and support performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure that coaching and feedback mechanisms are in place to drive high performance.
    • Primarily responsible for Delivery and reporting to CEO.
    • A good communicator, true leader, a strong team motivator with good experience from IT staffing space in US.
    •  primary KPI would be Deliverables (on time).
    • Strong knowledge and understanding on the policies and procedures of USCIS and US staffing strategy.
    • Responsible to Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectation of the client/ s, progress of the process and prioritizing the requirements.
  • Employee Relations
    • Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement and addressing any concerns or conflicts effectively.
    • Serve as a trusted partner for employees and management to resolve employee relations issues.
  • Compliance and Policy Development
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that promote fairness and inclusivity.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    • Oversee compensation and benefit programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
    • Manage the HR budget effectively to meet financial objectives related to HR functions.
  • HR Technology and Analytics
    • Leverage HR technology and data analytics to enhance HR processes and decision-making.
    • Monitor key HR metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in HR Consulting or staffing industry and minimum 3 years in leading deliverables with multiple teams.
  • Should have experience in managing teams of 50+ recruiters.
  • Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand
  • Should be able to independently plan, execute and build teams which could deliver and partner with business with proven track record.
  • Comfortable in effectively coordinating with all business units across the globe and global clientele.
  • Target oriented with ability to work in high pressure environment, multi- tasking, and self- motivated. Responsible for building, mentoring, motivating and perpetrating effectively create a professional, healthy, accountable workforce.
  • Develop and promote Best Recruiting Practices within the organization through personal leadership. Increase the team productivity by introducing new recruiting methods procedures regularly.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to strategize, implement, and drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and foster a positive organizational culture.
  • Well versed in defining career path, building leadership, delegation of responsibilities, controlling attrition and ownership and delivery.
  • Should be managing team size of 50-100 members.
