About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in communicating the Snappi Product Team vision and his/her contribution will impact numerous of Snappi clients and internal stakeholders.

What you ’ll be doing

  • Define and communicate the strategy and the overall vision of the product that aligns with the overall objectives of the digital bank, including digital products and the Banking as a Service (BaaS) offering.
  • Prioritize creating a seamless and intuitive digital experience for customers.
  • Understand user needs and pain points to continually improve the digital banking experience.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features and functionalities based on customer feedback, business goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Use data analysis and customer research to make informed decisions about which features will provide the most value to users.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant banking regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Use data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, designers, marketers, and customer support, to execute the product roadmap effectively.
  • Continuously iterate on the bank to stay ahead of competitors and meet evolving customer needs.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Technology or equivalent work experience in the field of Digital Banking or consulting
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in digital financial services
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products  
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, negotiation, presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Keen eye on detail
  • Ability in decision making, problem analysis and problem solving
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Problem solving attitude
