About the role

We are looking for a Product Analyst who will play a pivotal role in collection, analysis, and interpretation of data about product performance and user behavior to inform decisions about product development, marketing, and strategy.

What you ’ll be doing

  • Experience in digital banking, products and services
  • Ability to review business documents such as processes, procedures, policies and translate them into functional requirements for systems and applications.
  • Work closely with a cross functional team (UI/UX designers, Marketing, Engineers, Risk, Compliance, Security, and other experts) to make decisions regarding the digital banking products.
  • Help maintain detailed documentation of product requirements, user stories, meeting notes, and project updates to ensure accurate records and communication.
  • Basic Understanding of software development, mobile applications and web services
  • Ability to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and strategy using project management tools (e.g Jira)
  • Assist in creating business cases, time plans, and other documentation. Help organize and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
  • Stay updated about emerging technologies and industry trends in digital banking and the regulatory framework in which the bank operates. Regularly monitor competitor products and features.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in Business, Finance or Technology or equivalent work experience in the field of Digital Banking or consulting
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in digital financial services
  • Good knowledge of retail banking products  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Keen eye on detail
  • Fluent in English. Other languages a plus.
