Job Summary:

As our Social Media Content Creator, you'll have the creative freedom to develop a powerful social media strategy that builds brand awareness and captivates audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Support Fairway's Region of branches in California, Oregon, and Colorado marketing efforts
Also support multiple lines of business including Forward, Reverse, CELP, Builder and more.
Drive Engagement: Analyze, strategize, and bring your A-game to increase our social media presence.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools and applications. Your innovation will shape our future!
Collaborate & Grow: Work closely with Fairway's Corporate Marketing team, fostering collaboration.
Analyze social media performance and review reports. Provide recommendations to increase engagement
Maintain and organize social media images, videos and other media files

Requirements for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred but not necessary
Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
Have a good knowledge of creating engaging content specifically tailored for TikTok and Instagram
Familiarity with social media contracts and collaboration agreements
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends
Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, developing content, and engaging with audiences
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms
Customer service and people skills, with the ability to effectively handle inquiries and comments in a professional manner

Experience:

Marketing: two (2) years (preferred)

Job Type:

Full-time
Projects and Events (possible nights and occasional weekend)

Work Location:

300 Salem Street, Chico CA 95928 (in office)
