Human Resources Manager - Frontline Staffing

Role Overview

Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager - Frontline Staffing to support the University of Cincinnati Healthcare System in Ohio. The HR Manager will support up to 700 food service and environmental services (EVS) frontline employees across several hospitals in the region.

  • support, engage, and help retain staff
  • support managers and clients with hiring related tasks
  • work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
