In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and expanding our market presence. You will play a key role in helping us understand and meet client needs, providing solutions that align with our company services. Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in potential partner organizations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and implement effective business development strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
• Achieve set targets and contribute to overall company growth and sustainability.
• Reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in the tech or recruitment sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Excellent negotiation skills and a strategic mindset to identify best-fit solutions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and business goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
