Corporate Communication & Engagement Officer

Your Role

Job Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive workplace culture and enhancing the company’s public image by leading initiatives that strengthen employee communication, engagement, and satisfaction.

Your contribution to the success of the team

  • Develop and implement internal communication plans, including the creation and distribution of engaging content to keep employees informed and engaged.

·         Organize and execute initiatives that promote employee engagement, wellbeing, community impact, and inclusivity, including CSR activities, team-building events, and diversity programs.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from employees to continuously improve communication strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of employee engagement survey and follow-up actions to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Create social media content that highlights the company’s culture and values.
  • Work with marketing team to align communication efforts with branding strategies.

Your Qualifications & Competencies

  • 3-4 years of experience in a communication role, preferably in both internal and external communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS)
