About The Role
We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager.
The Project Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of solar projects, including project planning, budgeting, buyout, construction management, project controls/reporting, scheduling, risk management, etc. The Project Manager will also provide both leadership and technical expertise internally and externally for project success.

As a Solar Project Manager, you’ll be at the helm of managing all project aspects, from initial planning and budgeting to construction management and project controls. You won’t just be managing projects; you'll be leading a team to success, utilizing your technical expertise to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with engineers and local authorities, crafting safety and quality management plans that reflect our commitment to excellence. Balancing multiple projects while building solid relationships and delivering results is essential for this role. Our Project Manager is also a mentor, fostering growth within the team and guiding younger employees as they navigate their careers. This role offers the chance to directly impact solar deployment in various communities while being surrounded by a supportive team that celebrates diversity and innovation. If you have a background in engineering or construction management, along with a strong familiarity with rooftop and ground-mount systems, we’d love to have you on board.
